Chair Based Yoga
Wednesdays 11:30am - 12:30 pm
Join Claudia for a session of chair-based yoga, focusing on breathing, stretching, balance and core strength.
Although these groups are part of our older people's programme, we welcome people of all ages.
We ask for a contribution of £3 for people 65 and over and £4 for all other participants.
Please speak to us if you are not able to meet these costs, or if you are coming to three or more sessions a week.
