Welcome to the Copleston Church & Community Centre

Welcome to the Copleston Church and Community Centre, a space for everyone in the heart of Peckham. Every week, more than 500 people join us for activities from Thai-Chi to community singing. This multi-cultural, multi-purpose community centre grew around Copleston Church, a joint Church of England and United Reformed Church with a thriving congregation.

Built during the rapid development of south London in Victorian times, Copleston is tucked away down a side street. It's worth making the  effort to find us and try something new - you might become a regular! Many of our groups are run by local residents and some have been going for over 35 years.

Alongside the church, people of all faiths and none join in activities from Scout groups to Soca classes and drumming workshops. We also have a community space available to hire at affordable rates for events and activities.

Hot dinners for people who are homeless (with Robes Project)

We're cooking a hot dinner for 20 homeless people every Sunday until 27th March, as part of the Robes Project. Please give generously - we spend about £50 per week to make it as tasty as possible!

Can you help? We value any donations you can offer in these challenging times. Thank you!

Support us and help us survive to continue serving the local community.
