Guy's and St Thomas's with King’s Health Partners run Strength and Balance classes at Copleston for people who have had a fall or who are worried about falling.Trained instructors lead the classes that involve a programme of exercises designed to improve strength, balance and confidence when walking.

They hold 2 classes at Copleston on Monday afternoons. Each class lasts for 1 hour. By coming to these classes, you can expect to: feel more steady when walking; improve your strength and balance; find it easier to manage daily activities.
