For over fourty years Copleston has opened its doors to the whole community.
Located conveniently between Peckham Rye and East Dulwich stations, with a range of hall space and meeting rooms available to hire.

Please do read our terms and conditions and information sheet on "you should know" which will be sent to you at the time of your booking and before you pay your deposit.
Payment of your deposit secures your booking and acts as confirmation that you have accepted and read the terms and conditions of the booking.

Heatley Hall
Heatley Hall is a classic church hall and can easily be adapted for any occasion. This light, bright space incorporates the church’s original architecture and is perfect for events & celebrations.
Trestle tables and chairs are provided so you can set the room up in which ever way suits your function or event - for a celebration dinner, quiz night or charity fundraiser.
Copleston is easily accessible from Peckham Rye and East Dulwich stations and is on plenty of bus routes too, so it’s easy to gather friends, family or supporters from South London and beyond. The P13 stops minutes away and the 40, 42, 176 and 185 are all a 10 minute walk away.
The size of the hall is 9m x 16m (30ft x 50ft) approx.
Capacity 120 seated, 150 standing (up to 13 x circular trestle tables, 120 padded chairs available, children's tables and chairs are also available for use).
Monday to Friday the cost is £60 per hour
Saturday hire: 1-5pm = £260 (inclusive of kitchen); 6-11pm = £375 A There is a flat rate of £70 extra for the cost of hiring the kitchen in conjunction with hiring the hall.
Rates outside these times are £60 per hour on weekdays and £70 per hour at the weekend.
We also charge a caretaking and lock-up fee:
Friday, Saturday and Sunday (until 5pm) - £20
Friday, Saturday and Sunday (after 6pm) - £25
No extension is permitted after 10 pm on Monday-Friday or 11 pm on Saturday. The building must be cleaned and vacated by these times.

Café
Our newly decorated cafe is an ideal space to hire for meetings, breakfasts and lunches, and as an additional space for your Heatley Hall function
Size 4m x 8m (14ft x 28ft) approx.
Capacity 25 people
Cost £25 per hour - with discounted rates for charities and regular hires.

Kitchen
If your event takes place in the Heatley Hall or the café area, you can also hire the kitchen for a flat fee of £70. You can do everything from putting out a few snacks to whipping up a feast to feed the masses.
The kitchen is fully equipped with two under-counter fridges , a commercial stove with 6 x gas hob , an electric fan oven and a commercial dishwasher so you can leave it looking lovely for the next hirers! It measures 4m x 4m (14ft x 14ft).
Kitchen hire - £25 per hour (no cafe)
£45 per hour (with cafe)
